In order to get rid of that ‘extra’ weight, you need to run, fast walk, and/or jog. After you do one or all of those things you should do Sit ups, push ups, and planks. Drink a lot of water and eat healthy foods to lose weight faster! I recently learned that snow boarding burns a lot of tummy fat and builds your muscles very quickly. Its so much fun too! You can also try lap swimming, wii fit (lol) , tennis, soccer, or any other sport that gets you in shape while having fun. Yoga wouldnt be a bad idea either! Goodluck!!
Push away from the table, especially if there is bread on it

what most people dont seem to understand is that you cant just target one area and see only benefits there its not possible. e you can tone but first obvs you need to lose the little bit of fat so start with lots of cardio type exercises as well as core. a very simple one to start of with is runing and doing the plank . so run for lap of the oval and then plank for 30 secs and repeat that maybe 3-5 times depending on how fit you are. or just do the runing part with a treadmill. even riding the bike is good cardio, just mix the 2 around so it doesnt get as boring and you actually lose fat.
you cant go wrong with basic crunches and push ups and crunches with a weight ball (left to right) also using half a swiss ball for sit ups is great to workout on but wont hurt your back , great for beginners. start with what your comfortable with too!
