Hi I’m 13 and I’m not that fat but I have belly fat. You can say I’m a bit chubby but not obese. Anyways I’m wondering what’s the best exercise to lose belly fat fast?
I’m a girl almost 37, but looking more like 20 and I have a hot, sexy body.
I’ve never been in a gym, hospital (not even dentist at this age).

I avoid all frozed foods, fast food places, pizzas, and sandwiches.
Im into soups, more liquid meals, and plenty of vegetables and fruits. Avoid fried food, boil and steam more..
I eat everything but prefer to prepare at home and avoid restaurannt foods.
You will never get the same taste if you eat out and cook home the same meal. Why?
As a former chef i could tell you there is so many little gimmicks that chefs make to prolong life of food, and be ready to easily furnish an order when a customer walks in. Easy to them, not so real to us.

I am average…Well, I consider myself average. But people say i’m thin and all that. I really need to lose belly fat because it kinda grew. It was fine before…but i just ate a lot of junk i guess. And I don’t have any equipment at home.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

There are MANY exercises you can do at home.
Do crunches, sit ups, they burn fat and also increases your ab muscles. If you have a bike, ride it for about half an hour or two. Jog outside for 15-20 minutes, as much as you can do. Eat vegetables and fruits. Be determained. Go swimming at your local community center(if they have one) or maybe at home. Hope this helps

What exercises can help me lose belly fat?
Can I lose belly fat even if I don’t perspire while exercising?
If I have a fat belly and I do crunches, will all the fat be turned into muscle and they won’t slim down?
