How do I lose belly fat, on machines & at home?

What machines should I go on to lose belly fat? Also what exercises should I do off of machines?

Running, cycling, swimming, dancing, brisk walking and power walking all help.

Unfortunately belly fat is extremely stubborn and is usually the last fat to go.

For a flat belly you need avocados, berries, green tea, oatmeal or tomatoes.

You can see further details in a web search for "5 foods for a flat belly".

Diet is accountable for 60% of fat loss cardio every day no sugar. Try treadmill bicycles or elipticals or even running outside! Diet is key

Belly fat is majorly dependent on your diet. Few things to keep note on are that eating before bed, the extra calories that would be used in the day for energy, will be stored on your body, often being your stomach, as well as too much fat in your diet will build that up as well. You don’t cut fat out of your diet completely, just tone it down.
On the note of fitness, machines are WORTHLESS. That sounds very negative, but when you are sitting down on a machine, you are not activating your core muscles, therefor add more free-weight exercises into your routine, as well as cardio. When doing strength training, if you focus on larger muscles you burn more calories, focusing on your rectus abdominal well help strengthen them, but not burn assist you on lossing the fat in that area. Genes do play a factor, but with enough work you can get a smooth mid section either way, took me about 2 years of training to get a 6 pack. Good luck on getting ripped!

I’ve wasted hours of my life researching workout stuff. Basically you need cardio and strength workout. Oh and good for u food-don’t bug out on counting calories, just try to eat more veggies/fruit/yogurt/oats/rice. Btw, sams club carries huge jars of okra and jalepenos for hella cheap.
The best cardio is jumprope. It gets ur heart rate up fast. I don’t like to run, it makes me feel like an achy old lady and the neighborhood gets to see me pant like a dog and sweat like a pig"/ My sis worked at a nursing home and told me all the women who were runners have pretty cool wheelchairs (They can’t walk anymore-word to the wise) If you have access to a pool that’s good to.
Dont overdo it or you’ll have a hard time convincing yourself to workout/eat right. Eat before your ravishingly hungry and snack. Have a basic routine you can just lay down on your floor and do in 10min every other day so it won’t interfere with your plans/work/school. Situps-the ones where u barely lift your shoulders. The ones Mr.T does in ‘Rocky’. Sideways. Legs down. Mix it up. Also check out YouTube- it’s easier to understand with video than description + it’s like having a free trainer.
